With exceptional customer service and decades of experience, Procuria makes it simple and easy for independent business owners to get better deals on products and services from suppliers on over 25,000 products. They centrally negotiate with more than 250 suppliers to give low prices and the best possible service.

But in a crowded competitive marketplace and with a complex, ever-changing product they needed a rebrand, a new responsive website and CRM email system that would help them break through to new customers.

Outcomes

We created a new bold visual brand identity that captures the company’s meaning, tone and values. The new tagline, ‘Stronger Together’, demonstrates the company’s effectiveness and for their target audience in two words sums up the benefits of what they offer. Their new logo was designed with a refreshed colour palette and new typeface.

The new branding and website will help raise the organisation’s profile as the premier buying platform for independent businesses, will generate new supplier opportunities, help to manage existing customer requirements and present them as the ‘go to’ company for buying services for small businesses and independent retailers.

The new, fresh design is easy to navigate and features an enhanced search function with ‘mega navigation’ for quick referencing and allows visitors multiple routes to get to the information they need faster.

New site content allows the company to present their full product and services portfolio on the site, while still allowing the user to navigate easily. Website content is keyword optimised for search engine ranking purposes using intelligent SEO practices.
