Project outline

We have worked with Kingspan Access Floors since 2011 in one of our longest collaboration projects. The raised access flooring division of Kingspan is the world’s largest supplier of raised access flooring.

The project has grown over time, and we are their go-to marketing agency for any digital or creative work as they continue to grow, which in 2019, saw their turnover increase by 17%. Working closely with Kingspan Access Floors, we’ve been given creative control of the company’s brand, as well as the development of several business critical assets, with the overarching aim of engaging a wider B2B audience.

We’ve grown to know the business and their key drivers, challenges and achievements intimately. With new contract wins and expansion into more territories forming a key part of Kingspan Access Floors’ growth plan, engaging stakeholders would be essential to achieving these goals. Together with creating a range of bespoke corporate brochures for many of the companies offering, we’ve also established a stronger internal communications strategy with regular internal newsletters and communications that are translated into multiple languages.

This animation video that we created for Kingspan Access Floors is designed to explain what an air plenum is. Underfloor air plenums are frequently used in office buildings, particularly highly-reconfigurable and open plan offices with raised access floors.

Outcomes

To help draw attention to the division, we gave its packaging and brand assets a fresh look across digital and traditional channels. We put in place customer and market analysis to determine the needs of their customer base before creating sales literature, designing new packaging, producing a range of communication assets, and a revised global website presence.

We are now working with Kingspan Access Floors to update the brand’s entire marketing collateral suite including product photography, packaging design, product literature, as well as content and continued support for their revised website. These assets will help to create a stronger, more coherent brand and place Kingspan Access Floors at the forefront of the construction and building industry.

Our content editors took ownership of refreshing hundreds of pages of business-critical content across printed materials and website, while our designers set to work crafting a fresh and professional new look for their brochures and leaflets, in line with Kingspan Access Floors’ brand identity.

We also internally managed the entire production process from start to finish, sourcing the highest spec materials to ensure the guide was elevated to a quality finish that surpassed normal industry standards.
